Countdown to Camp Seven Rivers
Important Registration Information
For Kids Entering Kindergarten
Through Entering 5th Grade
Register Now!
Each week of camp
is limited to 100 campers. In order to register your child,
you will need to complete the following registration form
and pay a $50 (non-refundable) deposit, per child, by May 25. The balance
due of camp (this includes any and all weeks your child is
participating) must be paid by June 1. A
notarized
Medical Information and Release form must also be
received by the church office.
Email
Please be sure
that Camp Seven Rivers has a working email address for your
family so that we can communicate with you prior to camp.
$10
for 10 Kids Team
As you register
and pay, you have the opportunity to join Camp Seven
Rivers $10 for 10 Kids Team! All you have to do is add a
$10.00 donation to your registration. If every camp family
makes a contribution, 10 children will attend Camp Seven
Rivers who otherwise would not.
Camp Cost
$100 per week for the
first child, $75 per week for additional siblings
Payment for any/all weeks
your child is participating must be received by June 1
Regarding Online Registration
You must complete the
form and "Submit" prior to making payment via PayPal. After
submitting your registration, you will be directed back to
this page for payment. It is also very important that you
choose the correct camp week and four specialties for that
week.
Registration Deadline
All campers must be
registered by May 25. This applies to all weeks of camp.
Walk-ins will not be accepted at Camp Seven Rivers.

Financial Assistance
For those of you who may
be experiencing financial difficulty at this time, Camp
Seven Rivers has Financial Assistance available to those who
qualify. If you are interested in applying for this
assistance, please submit your 2009 W2s, 2009 1040 tax
return, a letter describing your family's situation, and the
Financial Assistance Application below to:
