What is an "In-Town Mission
Trip?"
It is simply an opportunity to
experience the "feel" of a mission
trip without leaving home. You will
work side-by-side with others from
Seven Rivers,
serving those in need in our
community. You will experience a
spirit of self-sacrifice and
dependence on God as you work in
settings and situations that will
stretch and challenge you
physically, relationally, and
spiritually. You will serve as an
agent of the coming Kingdom by
bringing wholeness and hope to
Citrus County.
We are partnering with Habit for
Humanity of Citrus County for this
trip. All participants MUST be over
18.
Site Location
3267 E. Scofield Street, Inverness
Directions: Take SR 44 East to Smith
Street (by the Mitch Mart) and turn
North (left). Go to Scofield Street
and turn West (left). The site will
be on your right.
Team
Building
All In-Town team members should plan
to attend Team Building on Sunday,
June 29 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 407.
Coffee and donuts will be served.
We'll work in teams honing our
building skills as we get to know
each other.

IMPORTANT
All volunteers MUST sign a
waiver
and release form and MUST sign in
and out of the job site. Note: If
you are a first time volunteer to
Habitat for Humanity, you may donate
your hours to one of our families
currently enrolled in the SRPC IDA
Matched Savings Program. Please list
either the "Mayer" or "Cannington"
family on the sign-in sheet for
donating hours.
