What is a Life Group?
Life Groups are where people grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, pray together, and walk through life with one another. At Seven Rivers, we believe spiritual growth happens best in community, not alone.
What is a disciple?
A disciple is one who follows Christ toward spiritual maturity.
Discipleship is helping others grow spiritually toward being a mature and equipped disciple.
Life Groups are one of the primary ways we live this out together at Seven Rivers Church.
what happens in a life group?
Life Groups are a safe place to:
- Study God’s Word
- Pray together
- Build lasting friendships
- Encourage one another
- Ask honest questions
- Walk through life together
No matter your age or stage of life, there is a place for you.

- SERVE others by using the gifts and resources God has given you to love your neighbors in Jesus’ name.
Who should be in a Life Group?
We believe all members of Seven Rivers should be in a Life Group (men and women) or Small Group (men's or women's) because that is where you connect with others and Scripture urges us to "do life" with other believers. You don't have to be a member of Seven Rivers to be in a Life/Small Group.
