SRS Volunteers

We know life is busy and there is always a lot to do, but we would love for you to consider giving some of your time to the SRS students. We need a "go to" list of people that can volunteer for various jobs and events throughout the year. (See Volunteer Positions below.) This doesn't have to mean a full time commitment! Just let us know what and how often you can help, and we will find a spot that works best for you. We need volunteers to pray, cook, lead discipleship groups (small groups), help at Student Life, chaperone trips, and so much more. We can't do this alone. WE NEED YOU!

Volunteer Expectations

At Seven Rivers Student Ministry, we believe every student should feel seen, known, and loved — and pointed toward Jesus. Volunteers play a key role in helping create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment where students can build relationships and grow in their faith.

We believe life change happens through relationships, just as Jesus modeled. Our leaders don’t just show up for programs — they show up for students. Whether that’s engaging on Wednesday nights, encouraging students outside of programming, or simply being a consistent presence, we value intentional connection and care.

On Wednesday nights, we gather for Student Life, a fun and welcoming environment where students can encounter Jesus, build friendships, and hear the gospel in an age-appropriate and meaningful way.
