Grandparents Raising Grandchildren

Nearly 3 million grandparents across North America are raising their grandchildren. Perhaps you are one. You have done all this parenting stuff before, but times have changed since you raised your own kids, and you likely never thought you’d be raising kids again. We know it’s hard and we’d like to help.

Who?

The Grand Love Support Group is offered to grandparents who are raising their grandchildren.

What?

The Grand Love Support Group is a free, informative support group meeting where you can gather with fellow grandparents who share similar experiences. Various topics will be discussed that can help you help your grandchildren, including how to cope with difficult birth parents, school issues and social-life challenges, problem behaviors that stem from a difficult past, and your own self-care.

Why?

Raising grandchildren can be a tremendous challenge. Grandparent caregivers need to develop a support system to help them with the many tasks at hand. The Grand Love Support Group can play a key role in helping you provide a safe harbor for your grandkids so they feel loved and secure.
