Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense. (Proverbs 19:11)
Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8)
If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. (Romans 12:18)
Do not take to heart all the things that people say, lest you hear your servant cursing you. Your heart knows that many times you yourself have cursed others. (Ecclesiastes 7:21–22)

A couple days ago pastor Aaron Burke of Radiant Church (Tampa) sat down for a podcast interview with the Morning Cruise team from the JOY FM. He talked about a sermon he had recently preached called “10 Reasons to Be an Unoffendable Person.” In the 30-minute podcast he walks through each reason and gives scripture and tells stories about why we should be unoffendable. It is really good stuff and incredibly timely!
